Other then that I won at the tables and slots and all other stores and places to eat were wonderful.So I went out with my wife for some early beverages before we went to meet the in laws the website said they opened at ten am. Alas Just because a place is expensive does not make it a great place to eat. She pull out her ticket and she said I asked for med rare. The hotel expansion is beautiful with decor that highlights the native American culture - very nice. This review is based upon my most recent experience staying in the brand new Cherokee Tower (aka Tower 4). It was also not cook the way I requested and when the staff asked was everything OK I told her the steak was cooked med rare not med well. I've been to Harrah's Cherokee Resort/Casino several times and wrote a previous review. When you pay 46 dollars for a steak you want it to be a 46 steak. Sadly the only other disappointed I had was at Ruth Chris Steak House and was very disappointed. It was all I could to not to walk back in there and speak to their manager. As I walked out of the spa I heard them talking about me and discounts some very unkind things were said. I can pay what ever the price is but having a discount is nice too. So as I was about to leave, I asked they do give discount for total award members. One I was interested in was not going to be open until around 6:30 and I was leaving before that time. I had not booked anything but I happen to be walking by and I step in and was talking to the staff about a treatment.
